Happy Feet Nail Redo Policy 

At Happy Feet, we aim to provide the highest quality service and ensure our clients are completely satisfied with their treatments. Our Nail Redo Policy addresses any concerns you may have regarding your nail services.

  1. Satisfaction Guarantee
  • If you are not satisfied with your nail service, please inform us within 2 days of your appointment.
  • We offer one complimentary redo for the same service to address any issues.

2. Eligibility for Redo

  • The nail redo is applicable if there are issues with the quality of work, such as chipping, peeling, bubbling, lifting, or other faults directly related to the service provided.
  • Redo requests for colour changes, design preferences are not covered under this policy.

3. Procedure for Redo

  • Contact Happy Feet within 2 days of your appointment.
  • Provide a detailed description of the issue and attach photos or videos if available.
  • Book your redo within 5 days from the date of the original service, at a time convenient for you during store hours.

4. Terms and Conditions

  • The redo service will be performed by the same technician whenever possible, unless otherwise requested.
  • This policy does not cover damages caused by personal actions post-service, such as using nails as tools or exposure to harsh chemicals, overuse of water and natural wear and tear.
  • The complimentary redo must be redeemed within 5 days from the date of the original service.

5. Exclusions

  • Redo requests made after 5 days of the original appointment will not be eligible for a complimentary redo.

6. Specific Service Policies

  • Nail Polish Applications:
    • Reapplications must be requested within 2 days and must be redone within 5 days from the date of the original service.
    • Smudging the nails after leaving the store due to the client’s own behaviour will not be eligible for a free redo.
  • Gel/ Soft Gel Tips:
    • Reapplications or fixes will be done free of charge only if faults (e.g., bubbling, lifting, chipping—not due to client’s own accidents) are reported within 3 days and must be scheduled for redo within 5 days from the date of the original service.
    • Nails that break or chip due to client behaviour can be repaired at the standard repair charges.
    • Only the nails in question will be repaired.
  • Soak Off:

 If one or more fingers (up to three) require a soak-off treatment, it will be charged as a full soak-off service. There is no option to pay for the removal of only certain nails. The fee is based on a complete soak-off treatment, regardless of the number of fingers treated—unless it is a full set.

  • Colour Selection:
    • Please choose your colour in-store correctly. If you do not like the colour, ask for a change after the first nail has been applied. No colour change will be done after the nails have been completed.
