By using Happy Feet services, you agree to follow these Rules and Regulations. Violation of these Rules and Regulations may result in removal from the facility and/or suspension. We reserve the right to modify/change these Rules and Regulations without prior notice.

YOUR COMFORT AND SAFETY IS OUR PRIORITY DURING YOUR MASSAGE SESSION. IF AT ANY TIME AND FOR ANY REASON, YOU FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE, PLEASE TELL THE THERAPIST THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO END THE SESSION IMMEDIATELY. LIKEWISE, IF AT ANY TIME THE
THERAPIST FEELS UNCOMFORTABLE, THEY WILL STOP THE SESSION. WE VALUE YOU CHOOSING Happy Feet AND WE ARE HERE TO PROVIDE YOU WITH A SAFE, RELAXING AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE.

At Happy Feet, our team includes both female and male therapists. Treatments can be customized and priced, where possible, to the client’s individual requirements on request. This is recommended to clients seeking maximum satisfaction.

Please remember that traditional Chinese massage is not a substitute for medical treatment. Happy Feet clients owe it to themselves to divulge any medical condition prior to any treatment to avoid the eventuality of any medical complication. The therapist will maintain confidentiality regarding personal information and treatment details.

The massage promotes relaxation and relieves muscular tension. If any discomfort is experienced during the session, please inform the therapist immediately so that the pressure and strokes can be adjusted.

Any inappropriate language or behaviour from the customer will result in the immediate termination of the session. The therapist has the right to refuse or end a session for anyone with a contraindicated condition. Additionally, we reserve the right to deny entry to anyone whose behaviour poses a safety risk.

To provide a better experience for all our clients, please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel a scheduled appointment. Your cooperation allows us to serve you and others more effectively!

Late arrival for their session may be shortened to accommodate others who have appointments afterwards. The therapist will assess how late the client is and decide if there is enough time left to begin treatment. Regardless of the treatment duration, the full fee will still be charged.
