COVID-19 Procedures at Happy Feet

  1. There will be no joint bookings/treatments 1 client per room
  2. Clients will have their temperature taken on entry.
  3. Clients must arrive within 5 min of the start of their treatment. No waiting room area is available.
  4. Clients must supply their own towel for full body treatments to cover themselves.
  5. All linen and cloths used are single use (disposable).
  6. A hand sanitiser station will be at the front door and MUST be used on entry and exit.
  7. Surfaces have been covered in plastic and will be sanitized after each treatment.
  8. Face masks are to be worn at all times.
  9. There are NO TOILET facilities.
  10. No water or tea will be served to guests.
  11. The rooms will be sanitized using a UV-C lamp (same system used to sanitize medical rooms) as well as a normal wipe down with germicide.
  12. Staff uniforms are kept onsite and will be washed daily by the company.
